Endowment

 THE WESTMINSTER ENDOWMENT FUNDS 

The Westminster Endowment funds are held in trust and are professionally managed by the trust departments of Community National Bank and Lincoln Savings Bank. The assets of the endowment are invested for selected current needs of the church and to insure the long term growth of the funds.

Contributions can be made to the Endowment Fund at any time. Gifts to the endowment qualify for federal and state income tax deductions. Gifts of appreciated securities or real estate may be made to the endowment and potentially offer significant tax benefits to the donors

For members of our congregation who wish to remember Westminster in their wills and estates, a member of the Endowment Committee would be very happy to work with you regarding planned giving. IRA’s and Qualified Retirement plans and gifts of life insurance also offer an opportunity to make a significant gift to the endowment and realize significant tax savings.
